An engineering firm for data, analytics and AI.
Selberg Technologies helps organisations in the United States and the Gulf turn the data they already have into information they can trust, decisions they can defend and systems that act.
We are a consultancy led by engineers. We design data platforms, build them, govern them, put analytics and AI into production on top of them, and stay to run them. Strategy and delivery are the same team, so what we recommend is what we can build.
Two founders who still do the work: Talal Al Monajed, who has built and run businesses in the UAE for twenty years, and Mohammed Wardeh, who has designed, built and operated enterprise data platforms, analytics programmes and AI systems for twenty years.

Built by practitioners.
Selberg was founded in 2026 by Talal Al Monajed and Mohammed Wardeh: an entrepreneur with twenty years of running businesses in the UAE, and a data architect with twenty years of building enterprise data platforms in the United States. Talal owns the relationship. Mohammed owns the architecture.

Talal leads Selberg from Dubai: clients, partnerships, delivery commitments and the company's operation across the Gulf. An entrepreneur with twenty years of founding and running businesses in the UAE, in hospitality and events, construction, real estate, and architecture and design, he brings the operator's view to every engagement: how a business in the region actually runs, and what a result has to look like to count.

Mohammed leads engineering and delivery from the Washington metropolitan area. A data architect with twenty years of designing enterprise data platforms, engineering them and bringing analytics and AI systems into production for US federal, defence and commercial programmes, he holds an MS in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and is completing an MS in Applied and Computational Mathematics at Johns Hopkins. He works in English and Arabic.

Six principles shape every recommendation we make and every system we build. They are the reason a Selberg roadmap can be delivered by the people who wrote it.
We are neutral on tools. We work across Microsoft Azure and Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS and Google Cloud, with dbt, Airflow, Kafka and the leading AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic, and we recommend what fits your environment, your security requirements and your strategy.
Named for a sieve.
The Selberg sieve is a method from number theory, developed by the Norwegian mathematician Atle Selberg in the 1940s, for separating the numbers you are looking for from everything else. It is precise, it is systematic, and it does not pretend the rest of the numbers are not there. It simply lets through what matters.
That is a fair description of what we do with enterprise data. Organisations are not short of data. They are short of the information inside it, and of systems that can act on that information with confidence.
The name is a tribute to the method. Selberg Technologies is an independent company with no affiliation to any individual, estate or institution.
Two regions, one team.
We work with United States corporate clients and with organisations across the Gulf, in English and in Arabic, led by the same two people in both regions.
