What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive what you type: your name, company, work email, region, the problem you selected and your question. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and when) for security and to keep the site running.

We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels or cookies that follow you across sites. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visitor and website performance statistics. It does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare for a conversation you asked for, and to keep the website secure. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own purposes.

Who handles it

Your message is delivered to us by an email service provider and the website is served by a hosting provider. Both act on our instructions and only to deliver the service. Your information may be processed in the United States and in the United Arab Emirates, where we operate.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for twelve months, or for the life of the relationship if you become a client, and then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period set by the hosting provider.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Use the form on the Contact page and say what you would like us to do. We will reply within thirty days.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
