Start with one question.
You do not need a strategy document, a vendor shortlist or a budget line to talk to us. You need one business question that matters.
Talal or Mohammed replies personally. There is no sales queue in between.
What an assessment needs
1
One business question that matters.
Why do our reports disagree. Where will demand be next quarter. Which invoices should we pay first. One is enough.
2
Access to two or three of your systems.
Read access to the systems that hold the answer: usually the ERP, the CRM or the operational system, and the reports people use today.
3
One sponsor on your side.
Someone who owns the question and can open doors. Not a committee.
That is enough for an assessment, and the assessment is designed so the first measurable result follows within ninety days.

What happens next
Three steps from this form to a first result.
Step 1
A conversation with an engineer.
Talal or Mohammed calls to understand the question, the systems behind it and what a good answer would change. If we are not the right firm for it, we say so.
Step 2
A scoped assessment.
A short written proposal: what we will examine, who we need from your side, how long it takes and exactly what you receive at the end.
Step 3
A roadmap and a first production candidate.
The assessment ends with a prioritised roadmap and one piece of work chosen because it is designed to deliver a measurable result within ninety days.
